What you're booking

The entire 2-bedroom apartment above Momo Giri, MG Road, Uzan Bazar, Guwahati, for up to 8 guests including children. The nightly price covers the whole apartment, not individual guests.

Where to book

River Side is sold only on this website. It isn't listed on Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip or any other travel site, and nobody else is authorised to take bookings or payments for it. If you see it offered anywhere else, please tell us.

Who can stay

Families and couples only. Unmarried couples are welcome.
The adult named on the booking must be at least 18 and present at check-in.
Every adult shows a valid government photo ID at check-in. We may refuse check-in without it.
Only guests on the booking stay overnight. Visitors are welcome until 9 pm.

House rules

Families and couples — Unmarried couples welcome.
Children of all ages — The whole home is yours.
Smoking on the balcony — Please keep the rooms smoke-free.
Late-night check-in — Share your arrival time when you book.
Visitors until 9 pm — Only booked guests stay overnight.
No parties or events — Families and couples only.
No pets — Sorry, we can't host them.
No loud music — Quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am.
No more than 8 guests — Including children.
Check-in from 12 pm, check-out by 11 am.

If house rules are seriously broken — for example a party, or more guests than booked — we may end the stay without a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees for the whole apartment per night. The total shown before payment is the amount you pay. A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds, and you receive a booking ID and confirmation.

Damage and loss

Please treat the home as your own. You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused during your stay, and we'll discuss any cost with you directly and fairly.
