Cancelling a booking

Cancel 7 or more days before check-in: 100% refund.
Cancel less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancel within 24 hours of check-in, or don't arrive: no refund.
Times count back from check-in at 12 pm on your arrival date. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

To cancel, message us with your booking ID. We confirm the cancellation and any refund in writing.

If we have to cancel

If we ever need to cancel your stay (for example because of an emergency repair), you get a full refund of everything you paid.

Changing dates

Ask us before your check-in. If the new dates are free we move your booking; any difference in price is paid or refunded.

Payments that don't complete

Your dates are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If a payment fails, any amount deducted by your bank is reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider. If a payment succeeds after the hold ends and the dates have been taken, we offer you other dates or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually credit them within 5–7 working days.
