What we collect

When you book: your name, mobile number, email, travel dates, number of guests, whether you're a family or couple, expected arrival time and any note you add.
When you pay: Razorpay handles your card, UPI and bank details. We receive only a payment reference and the amount — never your card or UPI details.
When you send a question: your name, contact details and message.
At check-in: sight of a government photo ID for each adult, as required for guest registration.

How we use it

Only to manage your booking and stay: confirming it, contacting you about arrival, handling payments and refunds, and meeting legal record-keeping duties. We don't sell your data or send marketing messages you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), our email provider (confirmations) and, where the law requires it, the authorities. Nobody else.

Photos of nearby places on the home page load from Unsplash and Pexels, so those services see a normal image request from your browser. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Unanswered questions sent through the contact form are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (security and your booking session). There are no advertising cookies. The map loads from Google only when you choose to show it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it where we're not required to keep it.
